Carrie Drake is a dynamic strategist and creative force at the intersection of national security, geospatial intelligence, and grassroots community leadership. As the founder of Collision Points Consulting, she brings over two decades of experience driving impact through brand strategy, marketing communications, and organizational transformation.

Carrie most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Content & Community Engagement at the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF), where she led strategic communications, event content, and community engagement efforts across the GEOINT and Intelligence Community landscape.
Her career has spanned public and private sector collaborations, focusing on elevating thought leadership, advancing tradecraft, and building platforms that unite innovators, analysts, and mission-driven technologists.

Outside the halls of national security, Carrie has become a recognized leader in nonprofit development and youth sports. She is the Founder of the Stay In The Game Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to removing financial barriers to youth athletic participation. Carrie also serves as the Marketing Director and Club Scheduler for the Loudoun Knights Hockey Club, where she has helped transform a fledgling program into a regional model of accessibility, development, and community pride.
